UNUSED Pfaudler 13.4 square foot surface area wiped film evaporator system. Built 2018 and NEVER INSTALLED. Two stage design that will allow obtaining very low concentrations of ethanol in the MCT oil bottoms. The first stage will be the Wiped Film Evaporator and the second stage will be a lower vacuum flash. External condenser design evaporator that allows for easy cleaning and for increased condenser surface area. Module all stainless steel construction.Equipment includes: 3.1.1. EV-1: Wiped Film Evaporator model 13.4-12L-BVO 13.4 sq. ft. (1.2 m2) of heated surface designed for external condenser, louvered style entrainment separator with centrifugal, carbon graphite wiper blades, standard vacuum design, 316 SS construction on process side and carbon steel construction on the utility side, complete with drive and double mechanical lubricated seal. Designed and built to ASME Code - Internal rated 14.9 psig/FV at -20° F to 450° F. 3.1.2. CN-11, External Condenser all 316 SS construction, BEM TEMA design, ASME Code Rated, CRN Registration. 3.1.3. TA-2, WFE Bottoms 2nd Stage Flash Tank 15 gal capacity, vapor disengagement section, 316L SS wetted construction, low pressure design. 3.1.4. TA-3, WFE bottoms level tank 15 gal. capacity, 316L SS wetted construction, low pressure design. 3.1.5. TA-4, WFE Distillate Level Tank 15 gal capacity, 316L SS wetted construction, low pressure design. 3.1.6. HE-10, Product Cooler Sized for recirculating through bottoms level tank, all 316 SS construction, BEU TEMA design, ASME Code Rated. 3.1.7. VB-6: Vacuum Blower - Rotary lobe type booster, sized for 2nd stage flash requirements, with stainless steel end plates/housings and stainless steel rotors with mechanical seals and inverter duty motor (VFD included). End plates have water cooling coils. 3.1.8. VP-5, Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump System LRVP in stainless steel construction based on water sealant fluid, with motor, level tank, liquid cooling exchanger all sized for WFE requirements. System completely piped for partial recirculation, piping included for small flow of clean water purge inlet flow. 3.1.9. PU-7, Feed Pump Gear pump, 316 SS and PTFE construction, 3PH/60HZ/575V motor. 3.1.10. PU-8, distillate pump gear pump, 316 SS and PTFE construction, 3PH/60HZ/575V motor 3.1.11. PU-9, Bottoms Pump Gear pump, 316 SS and PTFE construction, 3PH/60HZ/575V motor.
