Used Siemens steam turbine model EK8002. (2) 4000 kW, 8000 rpm, 42 kg/square centimeter. 10/11 kg/square centimeter 1st extraction; 6/7 kg/square centimeter 2ND extraction.Consisting of:
(2) electrical generators with (2) boilers to produce 4MW plus 40 tons/hour of steam @ 100 PSIG each, consisting of the following equipment:
- (2) 40 tons/hour steam boilers manufactured by Cerrey (combustion Engineering in Mexico), type 30VPI12M, series 7721 and 7722, 50.3 kg/sq. Cm.
- (2) centrifugal blowers, 400 HP and 300,000 cu. M. Of air; (2) Viking 5 HP fuel oil, 1200 rpm pumps; (2) 7 sq. M. Shell and tube type fuel oil heaters; (2) fuel oil gear pumps for ambient temperature, 3 HP, 1750 rpm; (1) carbon steel caustic soda tank; (1) carbon steel sulfuric acid tank.
- water treatment system (demineralize) with: (1) 6.5 cu. M. Cation tank (Zeolites; (1) 120 cu. M./hour gas release tower with PVC Rashing ring packing; (1) 2.5 cu. M. Anion tank (Zeolites; 25 HP pump for tower and 3 HP fan for tower.
- (4) high pressure water pumps manufactured by Zulzer, (3) small carbon steel flash tanks, and (2) small centrifugal pumps for flash tanks.
- (2) Siemens 4000 kW steam turbines type EK8002, 8000 rpm, 42 kg/sq. Cm steam input, 1st extraction: 10/11 kg/sq. Cm., 2ND extraction 6/7 kg/sq. Cm.
- all auxiliary equipment such as vacuum pumps, control panels, fan for cooling control pane, and air handling unit for turbine room.
- (2) Siemens 60 Hz, 6600 volt electrical generators.
